The Hotel de Latour Maubourg is very charming.  We adored the staff, as they were so helpful and friendly, even at midnight, when we wanted to drink a bottle of wine in the courtyard and not let our Paris night end.  A really wonderful group of people work at the hotel.  The rooms are charming, if a little small (but that is big city Europe usually).  Our first room was all pink which was fun but the faux black leather coverlet seemed a little scary.  I’d also get the white decorative pillows dry cleaned.  Bathrooms are very nice and modern, although I wish there was a plug there for my hairdryer/curling iron as that is the only mirror in the room.  A wonderful location, with great restaurants and the Metro steps away.  We felt very lucky to have found this unique boutique hotel.
