Great Stay

We have now found our new favourite hotel in Paris. It is done in a style that is not my personal decorating taste - but I do know when something is well done - and this hotel is well done. Aside from the fact that someone had been in our room after it had been cleaned and before we checked in, leaving dirty footprints on the carpet and a used bathroom, everything was perfect. When we brought this problem to the attention of the front desk, it was immediately resolved. Sophie at the front desk was incredibly helpful to us - making arrangements for anything and everything we asked for - and always with a huge smile and an great attitude. High marks for her!!! Loved the fact that there were several electrical plugs in the room, making possible, working on our computer and charging the camera battery and drying the hair all at the same time - having stayed in hundreds of hotels, I can tell you, this is rare and really appreciated!! The free hamam was a very nice touch - as was the rose in our bathroom and the champagne (that we exchanged for juice as we are non-drinkers) on our arrival. Will definitely be back.
